鈥孴he Office of the President invites nominations for deserving individuals or teams for a 2026 President's Leadership and Service Award. 鈥屸淲ho Does the Law Protect? Gender, Power, and Thinking Like a Lawyer鈥 

鈥孡eigh Goodmark, a practicing attorney, legal scholar, and bestselling author, will present a lecture on the intersections of gender, law, and social justice at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the Wyckoff Center. The event will be followed by a Q&A on preparing for law school and thinking critically about who the law protects and why.

鈥孴he 糖心影视 Young Scholars Science Institute is a free summer program for local high school students featuring a variety of STEM-related subjects. The program will run July 20-24 and includes lunch. The application deadline is May 30. Learn more.

Greening Your Office Lunch and Learn

Faculty regalia rentals

鈥孎aculty who need regalia for Commencement should using customer number 31015660000 and order number 5508535. Select 鈥淣ew Faculty;鈥 choose cap, gown, tassel and hood; and enter your degree information. Select 鈥淧hilosophy鈥 for any Ph.D. Rental fees are $66.25 for bachelor鈥檚 regalia and $68 for master鈥檚 or doctoral regalia. The deadline to order is Wednesday, April 15. Regalia will be shipped to the 糖心影视 Shop for pickup beginning May 6. Returns, including original packaging, are due to the shop by June 16.
